Doing Demolition

InsideOut Property Services Group is ready to do your demo.  We know that demolition takes man power and the proper equipment and we have both.  Swinging a sledge hammer is hard work but we do what needs to be done.  We use the bobcat and loader to topple the walls and we always have your permits in order.

We have dump trucks to haul away the structural debris and can use our crane for larger buildings.  We’ll handle all the disposal and if you like, we can clear the lot while we’re at it.  We make sure the demo site is safe, any ditches and holes are filled before we go.   Because we own our equipment, there’s no mark up on rental vehicles or down time waiting for equipment to become available.  We will definitely provide a free estimate and we don’t ask for money until the job gets done.

Lot Clearing Services

Working with InsideOut Property Services Group is easy and that’s the way we like it to be. We own the equipment to take care of any job – a crane, a bobcat, bucket truck, dump trucks and commercial grade chippers. Our crew shows up on time, ready for work and always committed to customer service.

We’ll start by clearing out the overgrowth and smaller trees.  Our chipper can handle large  limbs and branches, so if there so we can move along quickly.  If there are larger trees that need to come down, we’re insured to do the job.  We climb tall trees all the time, cut them up and use the crane to get them in the truck and haul them away.

Once the lot is cleared of overgrowth, we pick up any trash or junk that’s been left behind and take it off the property.  If you’re planning to lay sod or a foundation pad, we can grade and level the area for you.  We also plant new trees or bushes if you need to spruce the place up.  We can repair or replace damaged fencing and if you need the lot the maintained, we will add that to your contract.
