Loose pipe fittings, hoses on dishwashers, poor drainage around your foundation or ice build-up on a roof can all cause water damage – sometimes cosmetic and other times structural. Repairing Water Damage

If an accidental or unseen leak leaves your property with water damage, InsideOut Property Services Group is the company to get you back on dry land. InsideOut Property Services Group will repair the cosmetic and structural damage to your property.  We replace drywall, ceiling tiles,  moldings, baseboards, carpet and flooring – laminate, hardwood or tile too.  We will do any re-caulking, replace toilets or sinks.  Everything will be removed and replaced and repainted.  We’ll get everything repainted for you too.

If the damage is structural, we will take care of that for you as well.  We patch and repair roofs and replace joists and beams.   We will also install new insulation, replace gutters and make sure the wiring and electrical are functioning correctly.  Of course we’ll handle any necessary permits and work as quickly as possible to get your space back to normal.

Rotten Wood

North Carolina’s climate is not helping the wood around your windows and door frames, or any other place on the building where it’s exposed to the elements.  But when damp wood is allowed to sit, the wood is susceptible to the fungus that causes dry rot.   Many property owners think rot is a only a problem in older buildings but that’s not the case.   If water makes it’s way underneath improperly installed siding, you’re looking at a very serious and expensive problem.

Replace Rotting Wood

InsideOut Property Services Group will safely rip out the rotten wood and check for any surrounding damage. We can replace it with new wood or we can provide a quote for alternative materials, such as Miratec, that have the same appearance as wood but do not rot.  Broken gutters and downspouts can put your building at risk, so will poorly installed flashing on your roof or chimney.  We’re happy to take a look when we come out for your free estimate and let you know if there any problems that need to be addressed.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll safely remove the rotten wood and replace it.  We can easily rebuild door frames, install windows, fix the gutters and make sure your roof is secure.  We’ll check your siding too.
