When you hand over the repair list to our crew, that’s the last time you need to think about it. We’ll take care of it. We can do pretty much any repair from small stuff like repairing baseboards, replacing light fixtures and painting, to replacing windows, toilets, showers. Storm Damage

There’s nothing about North Carolina weather that should surprise you – give it a minute and it will change. But sometimes it changes for the worst. When storms rock the state, trees can come down – on your roof, garage, fence or car. Sometimes downed trees cut off access to roads and can take down power lines – a very dangerous situation. PLEASE do not attempt to remove a tree that is in contact with an electrical cable. Serious storm damage is better addressed by experienced, insured professionals.

Storm Damage Response

If you’re working with InsideOut Property Services Group – we’ve got you covered. We will safely remove downed trees – we have a crane, a bucket truck and dump trucks to pluck the tree off your roof, deck or yard. Then we will cut it up and haul it away. If the tree was broken, we’ll trim it off, take is down and grind the stump. We can also clean your yard of branches and debris and spread new gravel or stone if needed.

The big plus of working with us is that we will also fix any damage to your buildings. We can get the roof tarped and give you an estimate for repair. We can rebuild your deck, replace lost sliding and repair your deck, garage or gutters. If there are electrical issues or problems with your heating and air conditioning units, we’re happy to help with that too. Water Damage

Water damage isn’t always so obvious. A leaky ice maker can slowly saturate the floor and sub-flooring under a refrigerator without ever leaving a puddle. Loose pipe fittings, hoses on dishwashers, poor drainage around your foundation or ice build-up on a roof can all cause water damage – sometimes cosmetic and other times structural. Repairing Water Damage

If an accidental or unseen leak leaves your property with water damage, InsideOut Property Services Group is the company to get you back on dry land. InsideOut Property Services Group will repair the cosmetic and structural damage to your property. We replace drywall, ceiling tiles, moldings, baseboards, carpet and flooring – laminate, hardwood or tile too. We will do any re-caulking, replace toilets or sinks. Everything will be removed and replaced and repainted. We’ll get everything repainted for you too.

If the damage is structural, we will take care of that for you as well. We patch and repair roofs and replace joists and beams. We will also install new insulation, replace gutters and make sure the wiring and electrical are functioning correctly. Of course we’ll handle any necessary permits and work as quickly as possible to get your space back to normal.
